If you can win the head games, you can win all the games. I’m not talking about the kind of head games that people play with each other. I’m talking about controlling the conversations that happen in our own heads. C is for Confidence. The reason that we want to continually develop confidence is that our businesses will flourish and we go farther in life when we’re confident. But not so much as to be thought of as cocky.
